Q: How long does shipping take?

A: All Pike Plug apparel is made to order. After you order, we submit to production within 24-48 hours, then it ships via Royal Mail or Parcelforce (tracked), typically 3-5 business days to UK mainland addresses. Total time from order to delivery is usually 5-7 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Not currently — we ship within the UK only. If you're interested in international shipping, email thepikeplug@protonmail.com and we'll consider it for future expansion.

Q: What size should I order?

A: Our hoodies and tees use Gildan blanks, which run true to size with minimal shrinkage if air-dried. If you're between sizes or prefer a loose fit, go up one.

Q: Can I return or exchange an order?

A: See our Refund Policy below. TL;DR: made-to-order items, so returns are case-by-case. Email thepikeplug@protonmail.com with photos if there's a defect.

Q: What material are the hoodies/tees?

A: Hoodies: 50/50 cotton/poly blend, heavyweight, brushed fleece inside. Tees: 100% heavyweight Gildan cotton. Both are made for durability and repeated washing.

Q: Can I customise an order (add a name, change colours)?
