Shipping to United Kingdom

Pike Plug ships to the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery Times

Production: All orders are made to order and printed within 24-48 hours of purchase.

Shipping: Once printed, items ship via Royal Mail or Parcelforce (tracked). Typical delivery is 3-5 business days to UK mainland addresses.

Total time from order to delivery: 5-7 business days.

Free Shipping

Orders over £20.00 GBP ship free to UK mainland addresses.

Orders under £20.00 are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping costs vary by location.

- Packaging
- Tracked delivery to your address
- Insurance for loss or damage in transit

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your item ships. Use this to monitor delivery progress.

Delivery Delays

Occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues or weather. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated date, contact us at thepikeplug@protonmail.com with your order number.

We'll investigate and keep you updated.

Remote and Rural Addresses

UK mainland addresses typically qualify for free shipping. Some remote areas may incur additional charges at checkout. You'll see the final cost before completing your order.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom. If you're interested in international shipping, email thepikeplug@protonmail.com and we'll consider it for future expansion.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged or goes missing:

1. Report it within 7 days of the estimated delivery date
2. Email thepikeplug@protonmail.com with tracking number and photos
3. We'll replace your item or provide a refund

Our carrier insurance covers loss and damage, so you're protected.
